The New 50 Sen

I can bet that there are some (or most) who still don’t know about, or rather, have not seen the new series of our Malaysian Coins even though it was issued into circulation last Monday (January 16th, 2012). :P

I managed to get the new 50 sen coin on the 17th when buying my lunch.  At first, I was afraid of being conned when the shop owner gave me the coin as I have not seen the coin before. Manatau he was trolling me kah….

Then, I quickly rushed back to the office to Google the new coin. Turns out, it’s real! Blame me for not reading the news. Haha…

One week has passed and I have yet to see my friends having the new coin with them.

What about you? Have you seen/touched/gotten the new coin?
