Being an underweight person for as long as I’ve lived, I have finally decided to announce online that I’ll be doing a 10 (alternate) days of push ups (as well as taking some supplements) to kick start my body workouts seriously to gain some weight and some muscles, of course!
I started of by getting myself a 2-kilo weight gainer powder (GNC Pro Performance Weight Gainer 1850, Chocolate) from GNC, Centre Point KK last saturday night, October 1st.

Had my first drink sometime before midnight and an hour later my first push up test sets of 50 push ups in total which gave me quite good muscle sores the next morning. Hey, what do you expect from an exicited and anxious person?
Took some sexy “before” photos of myself on Sunday night for me to make a comparison later when I get my build after these 10 days of pumpin’!

Weighing only 50.7 kg (weighed on Sunday night), it’s time to pack some meat!!!!
My target is gaining at least 5 – 6 kgs to hit my ideal weight by the end of this month. So, wish me luck!
