Started off my first day of push up sets based on this schedule which I found online.


I did not use any equipment (as shown in the schedule) at all though I plan to get one of those in the near future.
Push-ups done:
Position 1 – 10 Regular
Position 2 - 8, 6, 4, 2 Wide
Position 3 - 8, 6, 4, 2 Close
According to the schedule, it’s encouraged to complete one position in 2 minutes (hence, the name “2 Minute Drills”) and continue with the next positions at your own pace throughout the day. But since I only have time at night, I completed all positions within half an hour.
It was one good workout I must say!
