Push Up Marathon: Incomplete?

Following up with my previous blog post regarding my 10-day push up marathon.

Sadly, I did not complete the whole 10 days of push ups consistently. It came to the 7th day, i think, where I left it off, due to some urgent work that had to be done till late nights. Sigh.

But of course, that wasn’t the end of my workout days. I still managed to find some time to workout. :)

On January 4th, 2012, I weighed myself. Despite the inconsistency in taking my supplement and going for workout, my weight had increased 5kg from 50.7kg (as recorded in my previous 7th Oct, 2011 blog post)!

Some of you may think that 5kg in 3 months is little, but for me, it is by far the biggest difference I’ve experienced!

I remember when I was in National Service back in 2007 for almost 3 months (Jan-Mar). Having 6 consistent meals everyday and morning workout every weekdays. And guess what, I only gained 2-3 kgs! From a 48-49kg to 51kg.

So, yeah, 5kg is a pretty big deal for me and I intend to keep that up and targeting another 5kg increment in February or end of this month. :D
